Kuranga stocks one of the largest ranges of beautifully presented bush food products from sweet and savory to spicy including:- flavors such as Davidson’s Plum, Quandong, Wild Lime, Rosella, Lilly Pilly jams/marmalades and the yummy Macadamia Nut Butter Swirl.
Our rich Leatherwood , Lemon Myrtle, Macadamia and Eucalyptus honies are a nice combination to have with our native wattleseed, peppermint, forestberry and aniseed teas or macadamia choc coffee which is very popular.
We have chutneys and relishes, pepperberry mustards, Illawara Plum dressings, macadamia, mountain
pepper, lemon myrtle and bush tomato oils, marinades, sauces….
Native River Mint, bush tomato, wattleseed, lemon myrtle, native spinach pastas, fettuccini’s and gnocchi ,native herbs and spices.
We grow many of the bushfood plants too, so you can grow and pick your own such as finger limes, quandongs, lemon myrtle, davidsons plum and muntries.
Our Paperbark Café uses a range of the bush food products from the gift shop so you can try some of these beautiful flavors such as our very popular wattleseed scones or our bush tomato chutney or lemon myrtle tea.
