Variable species; profuse, tubular flower-bells mainly in Sp. Flowers are typically cream with a purplish or claret throat, but many colour forms are cultivated including orange to deep gold, and white. Tolerates moisture. Some forms are extremely vigorous.
Pandorea pandorana naturally occurs in rainforest margins and open woodlands along the eastern coast of Australia, thriving in well-drained fertile soils with dappled shade to full sun.
