      Your gift certificate is valid to be used throughout our business, in the nursery, gift shop and Paperbark Café. Certificates are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be used to purchase a new gift certificate or swapped for cash. Cannot be used for delivery.

      Gift certificates purchased as of 1st November 2019 are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift certificates cannot be extended beyond their initial validation period or be replaced if lost or stolen.
