Description

Bauera sessiliflora is a densely foliaged, medium-sized shrub that produces masses of deep pink flowers from spring through to early summer. Ideal for partly shaded positions, it performs best in well-drained soil and benefits from regular watering, especially during dry periods. A beautiful choice for adding colour and texture to garden beds and shaded areas.

Habitat

Bauera sessiliflora is endemic to the Grampians region of Victoria, where it naturally occurs along rocky stream banks and in sheltered gullies. It grows in well-drained soils and benefits from the partial shade and moisture provided by these protected environments.
