The compact for of Billardiera bicolor (syn. Marianthus bicolor) features soft green foliage and delicate bell-shaped creamy-white Violet streaked flowers, appearing from spring to summer. Thriving in full sun to part shade and well-drained soils, it is ideal for rockeries, containers, or as a light climber. Drought and light frost tolerant once established, it offers ornamental interest and supports native wildlife.
Occurs naturally in south-western Western Australia in open woodland and heath, growing mostly on well-drained sandy to gravelly soils, with adaptability to clay soils, in full sun to light shade.
