Description

Showy open-petalled flowers mainly in Spring.  Flower colour is commonly pink but varies from deep reddish or purplish-pink to white.  A popular and long-lasting cut flower.  Prefers open well-drained soils and sands in full sun to part shade.  May grow larger but responds well to pruning.

Chamelaucium uncinatum occurs naturally in south-western Western Australia, growing in heathlands and open shrublands. It is typically found on well-drained sandy or gravelly soils in full sun, often in open, exposed sites.
