Lemon Myrtle grows in the wet coastal areas of Northern NSW and Southern QLD Australia. It contains high amounts of citral, which accounts for the amazing citrus notes similar to lemon grass.
- Add 1/4-1/2 tsp to: jams, pizza, fish and chips, salt & pepper mix for calamari rings & chicken, syrups, teas, pickles, sweets, butters, cakes, sauces and icecreams/icypoles. Marinades and rubs, seafood, raw food dishes, salads, vegetarian and vegan dishes, soups, pasta, stews, roast vegetables and salad dressings.
