A striking dwarf form of Banksia spinulosa from Australia’s east coast, ‘Honey and Red’ produces large, upright flower spikes with honey-gold styles and red tips from autumn to winter. It thrives in full sun to part shade, has fine dark green foliage, and is ideal for screening, feature planting, or wildlife gardens. Tolerant of well-drained soils and drought hardy once established, it attracts birds, bees, and nectar feeders, and benefits from pruning after flowering.
