Finger Lime is Australia’s remarkable native citrus, producing elongated fruits filled with tiny citrus pearls that burst with intense lime flavor when eaten. The unique caviar-like vesicles inside each fruit are highly prized by gourmet chefs and home cooks for their extraordinary texture and intense citrus flavor.
