A very ornamental small shrub that is endemic to the Freycinet Peninsula and Schouten Island, Tasmania. A great container specimen when combined with complementary plants. Well suited to a naturalistic style garden or mass planted for great effect. A good nesting plant as the prickly foliage gives small birds refuge. Spring flowers
