About the Artist
Coral Hayes Pananka, born in Balranald NSW, is a descendant of the Yorta Yorta people of the Mooroopna/Shepparton region of Victoria. Her totems include the long neck turtle and the eagle Ertija. Coral’s artwork reflects her deep respect for her ancestors and cultural heritage.
